For the 13th year in a row, the Charlotte Hornets held their Cornucopia Thanksgiving event, but this year, they had a new participant: Brandon Miller.
Cornucopia, held in partnership with Food Lion, the Official Hunger Relief Partner of the Charlotte Hornets, provided Thanksgiving meals to 1,000 families in need.
Each meal contained enough food to feed a family of four, resulting in serving approximately 4,000 people. The entire Hornets team and coaching staff helped distribute food, along with Hornets executives and staff, Food Lion leadership and associates, Coca-Cola Consolidated employees, and Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.
